Marcus Hancock – Director

Marcus has over 20 years experience in marketing strategy and marketing management. Taking a hands-on approach in the role of Marketing Manager, Marcus personally develops the Marketing Strategy for our clients and takes responsibility for implementation of the Marketing Program to achieve sustainable business growth.

Marcus Hancock is a fully qualified and experienced Marketing Professional. Prior to starting MJH Group, Marcus spent over 10 years working for Coles Myer Ltd in a range of both business to business and consumer centric FMCG roles including; Retail Buyer, Business Manager for Business Development, e.business Business Manager and Marketing Manager for Coles Online.

Experience in both consumer and business to business marketing gives Marcus a detailed understanding of consumer and corporate purchase motivations and the correct way to pre-position a target market via marketing.

A seasoned Marketing specialist, with experience across all key industry sectors, Marcus knows what works and successfully delivers cost effective marketing programs that deliver results, making sure that our clients get the most from their marketing investment.

Gaby Purchase – Senior Consultant

Gaby has an impressive resume covering both Sales and Marketing disciplines in both B2B and B2C markets. At MJH Group, Gaby uses her Sales Management and Key Account skills to manage sales teams and develop effective approaches to increase sales and improve profitability.

Gaby Purchase is fully qualified in Marketing and has held senior Sales and Marketing roles in B2B and B2C environments including; Comalco (CRA), Polygram Records and Commercial Sales Manager for FOXTEL.

With a detailed understanding the motivation and decision matrix of business decision makers in FMCG, wholesale and commercial/industrial purchasing environments, Gaby is a valuable addition to organisations targeting B2B sales.

As an experienced sales professional and sales manager Gaby gets the most from your sales team, providing leadership, guidance and support. Gaby’s marketing experience means that she champions the successful integration of the sales and marketing functions – ensuring that this relationship works to its full potential.
